We at Step by Step Travel boutique recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of certain information collected about our customers. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change it.

Usually we need the following data:

- Contact information, including e-mail;
- Additional information, relevant to the holiday booking you want to make.

We need this information to know more about your needs and provide you with better service. We may use the information to improve our offers and servicies. We do not share your personal information with any third party.

Payment Policy:

When you use the booking system to make a reservation, you signify your agreement to these Conditions of Use and other applicable terms, conditions, and notices, including but not limited to the Conditions of Use of WebSite.

We require payment in advance for most of the hotels, vacations and transport services listed in our web site. You can pay cash in our office or by bank transfer.

Bank Transfer:

You can complete the payment for your reservation by bank transfer. Please note that usually bank transfers may take a few days, so you have to complete the payment at least 5 working days before the date of your accommodation. Please note that you have to cover all the charges for the bank transfer and please notify us after transfering the amount!

* The reservation details provided by your booking agent are based on the availability for a certain period. If you decide to proceed with the payment after a period longer than the one pointed in your “booking information letter”, please contact us again to check if the requested services are still the available.

• We collect personal data such as full name and contact information (phone number, e-mail and street addresses), is provided voluntarily by the client. Cancellation policy:

You can cancel or amend your reservation before your arrival date. Please note that every hotel listed in our web site has a different cancellation policy. Please follow strictly the instructions of your booking agent for each reservation, to avoid cancellation or no show penalties.

Generally, cancellations can be made, providing details of this are received at least 3 months prior to departure day - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of:

- 30 days prior to departure date – 20% of the total cost of the reservation;
- 29 - 16 days prior to departure date – 30% of the total cost of the reservation;
- 15 – 10 days prior to departure date – 70% of the total cost of the reservation;
- Less than 10/5 days prior to departure date – the total cost of the reservation;

Unable to comply policy:

In case the prepaid service cannot be supplied by the provider through the blame of Step by Step Travel Boutique we will offer you alternative service of the same or higher standard or will refund the amount of your reservation.

* Please note that any complaints against third parties suppliers should be proceeded directly on spot. The affected side should prepare a written statement singed by the two parties. In this case Step by Step Travel Boutique provides complete customer support until reaching a mutual consent.
